My welcome extends to every one wishing to learn a little about Aikido.You may not be as passionate about this subject as I am but I hope this Site will have something to offer all who seek insight in to this Mind/Body/Art. Aikido is a very difficult art form to define. The truth is, its understanding only comes from practice and application to every day life.

How do we define Aikido to a complete novice ?

With the advent of the information revolution a visual experience of Aikido is but a couple of key strokes away. Unfortunately understanding and interpreting what we see is flawed from the outset. Understanding starts with our selves and it is to this end that, for me, Aikido is truly Unique.
